Autumn, the year's last, loveliest smile - William Cullen Bryant

Happy Friday, happy fall, happy some of my favorite fall photos. As I was looking for these I was amazed at how huge of a difference there is in phone picture quality from like 2012 to now. #thingsoldpeoplecommenton
This is my favorite season, although I have come to hate the words hoodie, pumpkin spice, bonfire. We've killed them, you guys.
Meanwhile, this weekend is supposed to be like summer at the shore.
Have a fabulous weekend!

  4. All your costumes kill me :D
I will never ever ever tire of tree and leaf pictures. I LOVE changing leaves- they might be one of my favorite things to look at :)
I don't mind the word bonfire still. That one still sparks excitement in my chest :)

  5. I actually didn't realize I was annoyed at the words hoodie and bonfire until you said that and then I was like like... I don't use them anymore, for that reason. Who knew.
I can't pick a favorite MFD costume, but the Christmas Story one is high because it's just ALL OUT and I love that about MFD.

  14. I adore autumn, the smell, the gorgeous colors (I live in Colorado close to the Aspens) I'm happier when I have a cool morning on the porch with my coffee, at night with wine or tea. My baby boy loves pumpkin pie. I like changing to outfits I can wear my big sweaters with. Always have, always will. I hate the stupid PSL, and everything at the market being pumpkin something. Autumn isn't supposed to be trendy.

  16. Your photos make me so excited for fall. I love the changing colors. It's still really warm where I live too, and I'm trying to enjoy it (last weekend to wear tank tops, woo hoo! No raking yet!) instead of wish for cooler weather NOW. It will be here soon enough!

  17. I don't know you, really. You don't know me. And yet, when I read about this site last night, you were the first person I thought of:

It made me smile; I hope it makes you smile, too.

  18. I love looking at pictures from falls gone by.
I think people forget that "bonfire" means you will smell like smoke forever and a day.

  19. #thingsoldpeoplecommenton - Jason got a new car this weekend; we hadn't been car shopping in five years and were like, "The quality of amenities nowadays..." So yes, #thingsoldpeoplecommenton

  20. It's weird because bonfire and s'mores are not a fall thing up here and I see stuff about them EVERYWHERE. We do those activities in the summer (probably because of the rain) so I don't relate. Haha!
