Things I don't ever feel like doing

Waiting for a train

Cleaning the shower

Putting laundry away

Talking on the phone

Sticking my head in the sand about current events

Sitting in traffic

Listening to bullshit

Talking about where I see myself in five or 10 years

Going to the grocery store

Weeding

Leaving the shore

Self evaluations

Putting up with assholes

Going out more than one night in a row

Being out after 9 pm

Picking up dog poop

Getting out of bed when the weather is perfect for sleeping

Finishing a book that doesn't speak to me

Staying up late

Seeing a movie in the theater

Refraining from punching people who tell me to smile

Being patient

Putting off until tomorrow what I can do today

 Making pie crust

Anything when it's hot and humid

What don't you ever feel like doing?

  3. Lol on people telling you to smile. I am an immediate poop picker upper and laundry doer and laundry put awayer. And clean upper as I cook and bake. It makes me nuts if those things aren't done.
I'm a staller on unpacking. I surface clean constantly rather than do thorough total room cleaning. Working on getting better on that, especially this summer!
Enjoyed this do not like to do list !
Grateful for the respite of the heat.

  7. Hahaha..I hate doing anything in the heat and humidity too. And I hate hate doing laundry and I hate sitting in traffic. IF people got off their phones and just drove I think the traffic wouldn't be so bad. I see people playing on their phones while in traffic constantly.

  8. CLEANING THE SHOWER. What a terrible task. Right now our drain is clogged and the water backs up so I have to deal with all (my) hair when I get home and clean it out. BLEH.
Kyle hates self evaluations and movie theaters, too. I hate weeding and picking up dog poop. Actually... anything outside that involves work :)

  9. YES to all of this! I love love love to bake, but am notorious for buying store bought pie crusts. And it's so funny to me how much I lived for talking on the phone growing up, and now please just send me a text message unless it absolutely deserves a phone call :-P

  10. I'm with you on almost everything, minus going to the grocery store. I love grocery stores. They have always been one of my happy places!

  11. Yup to a lot of this! I don't mind talking on the phone, though.

  12. I don't ever feel like going to Walmart. I LOATHE Walmart. And, while I'm thinking about it, I don't think I ever feel like going to Kroger or Target either, but sometimes I must. I'm not much of a shopper, so I don't ever feel like going to the mall either.

I laughed out loud at "refraining from punching people who tell me to smile." LOL! I hate when people do that, too. One time in grad school, some guy I didn't know but just happened to be sharing the elevator with told me to smile. I was gearing up for a very long, stressful day. Being a smartass, I looked at him and said, "What if my dog died this morning? Or, what if I just failed a very important test? Are those reasons to be smiling?" LOL! I can still remember the stunned look on his face!

  13. It is hot and humid here and I want to do nothing at all times. I hate making power point presentations, driving behind slow people in the fast lane and buying tires.

  14. I pretty much agree with this whole list. Also, Ive always hated the "Where do you see yourself in x years?" Like who the heck knows and why should I be judged on my answer?! lol

  15. I absolutely hate waiting for public transport too, especially if it's raining! It just sucks!

  16. vacuuming, unloading the dishwasher, laundry, patrolling for chipmunks!

As for your list: picking up poop - DUH! talking on the phone and grocery shopping - AGREED!
I actually enjoy weeding. OCD, you know.

  18. Yes to the sitting in traffic. So annoying. I also hate cleaning the shower, which is why I'm currently sitting on the back patio instead of doing my chores. What's one more day?

  19. I hate all of those things - except movies. I like going to movies every once in a while, but not often - it's expensive.

  20. Traffic and laundry suck but are inevitable! I don't have patience for the movies among many things on your list.

  21. Oh god, self evaluations! The worst time of the year, ugh!

  22. Ugh self evaluations! We don't have to do it as part of it but I always do. My supervisor this year was like wow you wrote a lot. I'm sitting here like really? No shit I did a crap ton of work! Evaluations in general ugh!

  23. Mopping, vacuuming or sweeping. EVER. I don't like being out after 9pm either. I get tired and bad things happen after 9:00 these days.

  24. working out and doing the dishes. LOL.
