oooh yes, the boardwalk sound awesome! Good luck knocking your goals out this Summer!
ReplyDeleteI want to help with the Europe bookings. ;) get on that basement project... (I say that like I'm one to talk.)
ReplyDeleteThe boardwalk goal sounds so fun! I'm so jealous of the Europe bookings. My need to go back is real.
ReplyDeleteI hope you do the boardwalk! That would be a chore! We walked the length of it over two mornings haha, so not quite the same thing, but it is a distance!
ReplyDeleteSo I have been really feeling bad about some of the basic things I am falling short on lately so you girls have inspired me to join in the goal setting. I'll be linking up in a few days. I think just writing it down and having it at the fore in my mind will help!
ReplyDeleteI finally cleaned out my closet, but now I definitely need to purge/sort summer clothes. Sigh. Is that a homemade sugar scrub or one you purchased? Very excited to see sculpture garden pics- I've never been there! Good luck with all of your goals!
ReplyDelete#3 made me LOL. You're getting close though, you got this. Fingers crossed for you at least! You know 'purge summer clothes' is my favorite. I need to go through my stuff as well I think. My mom bought me some new tops so I have to get rid of some now. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteYoga is on my list too, as well as finding new recipes (one grill and one meatless). Good luck!
ReplyDeleteGreat summer list. I haven't done one yet. Not sure if I will. Summer is one of busiest times at my full time job and it sucks. It doesn't leave much time for anything else. I cannot wait to have a job that doesn't have deadlines in the summer. It really is hell. Best of luck with your goals.
ReplyDeleteAwesome list! The most exciting one of all is of course completing your Europe bookings! Happy Friday <3
ReplyDeleteI think that summer is the perfect time to explore your hometown more, so I love that you want to visit the sculpture garden. And trying out new restaurants and new recipes is always fun!
ReplyDeleteI love the variety in your list-- new recipes and restaurants are on my list for the summer too. It's so easy to fall into a rut. I went through my closet a couple of weeks ago and got rid of so many things-- it always feels so good to clear out things you don't need/love!
ReplyDeleteLove these goals. I see an outdoors trend and I'm so on board with it! Sorry I missed this link up!
ReplyDeleteIs figuring out my life too big and broad? Yeah, thought so. My more realistic goals would be to follow a full workout program - swim 3 times a week and 2 strength training workouts. To create a marketing plan for my blogs. To do something "new" every month. I'm not always great with goals, so fingers crossed. Love the Boardwalk goal and trying new restaurants and recipes too!
ReplyDeleteI need to up my game on my Fitbit steps. Not running lately has dropped my numbers & its driving me nuts. I need to move more.
ReplyDeleteThose sound like really do-able summer goals! I really like the sugar scrub and the boardwalk one! Good luck! (I'll link mine on Monday :) )
ReplyDeleteGet my house and my clothes in order and keep up with dust and 3 big dogs' hairs! Get our Puppy Boo more acclimated to roam the house , yard, pool area and be chill. Enjoy the summer weather and our pool as much as possible. Happy Friday. Love. Your. Momma
ReplyDeleteBasements are too easy to ignore. That's the real problem here.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of prepping Monday nights. When I prep food on Sundays it seems like a chunk is taken from the weekend.
I love your list, you have some fun things and some shit that needs to get done. (Basement, I am looking at you.) Best of luck on your summer goals!
ReplyDeleteGet it done girl! I probably should make some summer goals, but I'm flying by the seat of my pants!
ReplyDeleteRiding your bike on the Ocean City boardwalk sounds pretty awesome and not to mention a good workout. Looking forward to seeing what grilling recipes you decide to whip together. Perfect for summer days and shore weekends if you have a grill there.
ReplyDeleteThis is a fantastic list... Especially planning your Europe trip! That makes me SO jealous! <3
ReplyDeleteLOL reorganization....i hate it but love it (when it's done, of course).
ReplyDeleteThe sugar scrub twice a week sounds amazing! I was more places did Zumba around here but only the Y offers one and it's really late at night and I hate working out that late I preferred to do my workouts in the morning.
ReplyDeleteI hope you like the yoga class! I need to be better about going to classes ... I've mostly just been doing videos at home.
ReplyDeleteObviously I love the new restaurants/new recipes goal. :-)
When I read about your food prep, I always think that I need to figure out a way to incorporate this into my own schedule. I've gotten into the habit of meal planning, but not into prepping things in advance. (Unless you count planning to reheat leftovers, but I don't.)
#8 and #10 are grand ideas!!!! And I wish I were finalizing Europe plans!
ReplyDeleteFood prep is something I need to get much better at. Heck, I need to get better at actually sticking to the meal plans I come up with in the first place! I don't even want to think about all of the crap we've thrown down into the basement over the past 2 years! It's just ac collection of junk.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read about number 2!
ReplyDeletei forgot to actually link up with you, sorry! i was there in spirit. yay europe bookings!
